Payment options

We are powered by Shopify and using Shopify Payments as our payment processing platform. All major credit cards are accepted, as well as PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay. Payments are completely secure and we do not receive your credit card information.

Processing & Shipping times

The majority of our items are only available as pre-order or made-to-order. We have decided not to keep a stock for most items as a way of reducing our costs and passing the savings on to our customers. This also allows us to offer a much larger variety of products. Check the product description to determine which category your item falls in, and see below for the corresponding processing and shipping times:

Pre-order items: Pre-order items are produced by our partner contractors and ordered as orders come in. Standard processing time for most pre-order items is 3-4 weeks. Rush orders are available for a $30 rush fee and a processing time of approximately 7-10 days. You can select your preferred option at the time of ordering. 

Made-to-order items: Made-to-order items are made one at a time and are only available for standard processing of 3-4 weeks. Group orders (e.g. bridal parties) are fit into the work schedule and typically take longer to process. We recommend allowing 8-12 weeks for guaranteed timely delivery.

**On occasion, certain styles, colors, sizes, or materials may run out of stock temporarily. In such cases, a delay of 2 weeks on average is expected. Customers will be notified promptly if their order is expected to be affected by a delay, and will be advised of their options.

Shipping/delivery times: Once your order has shipped, it typically takes 2-3 business days to be delivered within the US, and 5-20 business days for overseas. Deliveries to PO and APO/FPO boxes may be subject to delays in delivery. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to inclement weather, natural disasters, mail carrier strikes or other carrier delays, delays in customs clearance, or any other delay beyond our control. 

International orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties and fees as determined by local authorities. Such duties are not charged at the time of placing an order and are the responsibility of the customer upon receiving their order.

Order cancellations & changes

We accept cancellations or requests for changes (e.g. size, color) within 24 hours of placing your order. Thereafter, most orders are already in the processing queue, so we can no longer honor such requests.

Returns & Exchanges

Sales are final, as our items are either made-to-order or pre-order items. In the event that your item arrived damaged, or you received the wrong item, or your order got lost in the mail, please contact us immediately so that we can work out a solution with you.

Shipping addresses

We will gladly ship to any residential, commercial, PO, or APO/FPO address around the world with the exception of countries for which trade bans or sanctions are in place. Please note that deliveries to PO and APO/FPO boxes are sometimes delayed. We encourage you to use a valid residential or business address, where possible, to ensure timely delivery. When placing an order, please double check the shipping address. We are not able to verify address accuracy and will ship to the exact address provided by the customer. If a shipping address is incorrect, there is a high chance the Post Office will turn your package around.  

FAQs

*Do you offer custom orders?

For our made-to-order items, you may request a different color than the ones on offer, and we will do our best to source it with our fabric supplier, if available. For our pre-order items, we do not accept custom requests at this time.

*How do I know if an item is made-to-order or pre-order?

Please read the description of the item you're interested in. This information should be clearly displayed in one of the bullet points in the product description.

*What sizes do you offer?

Each item has different sizing, which is detailed in the product description. Please see our sizing information for the item you're interested in and compare with your own measurements prior to ordering to avoid disappointment. We make every effort to offer a range of sizes,and, indeed, many of our items are also available in plus sizes.

*How do I measure myself?

We recommend that you use a fully flexible tape measure and that you measure yourself wearing only your underwear.The most common measurements needed for our items are: bust, waist, and hips. For bust, you need to measure around the fullest part of your bust.  For most women, this would be around your nipples. For waist, you need to measure your natural waist, that is the slimmest part of the waist. For most women, this can be located above the belly button. For hips, you need to measure around the widest part of your hips. For most women, this would be the part of your hips that touches the chair when you sit down. If still in doubt, please contact us for assistance.

 *How do I care for my garment?

We recommend hand washing cold with a mild soap and not using bleach. Dry flat and iron with medium-heat iron if needed. Do not iron over trimmings or appliques. To remove wrinking due to packaging, use some light steaming or hang garment over a steaming hot shower for 20-30 miutes.

*Do you sell wholesale?

All items marked as pre-order can be sold wholesale in larger quantities. We don't implement order minimums but have a tiered discount system instead. Generally speaking, the larger the order, the larger the discount. We encourage mix-and-match of styles, colors, and sizes, and don't require that you buy X number of a particular style or color for your order to qualify for wholesale discounts. We base our discounts entirely on the number of items ordered. If interested in wholesale, please contact us with the items you are interested in and the estimated quantity and we will get back to you with a personalized quote.

*Do you offer group discounts for larger orders (e.g. for bridal parties)?

Yes. We offer free US shipping on orders of three (3) or more items. For orders of six (6) or more items, we offer an additional 10% off the value of the order.

*If I place a rush order for more than one items, do I need to pay the $30 rush fee for all items?

No. Please only select 'Rush shipping' for ONE of the items and select 'Standard shipping' for the rest of the items. This will ensure you are only charged once for the rush fee. If one item in your order is rush-ordered, we will treat your entire order as expedited. 

*Where will my items ship from?

All items ship from Northridge, CA in the United States. California sales tax is applicable to all orders from within the state of California.
